I started this blog to document my journey in fitness.  I don’t have any health problems to speak of, nor am I trying to lose 100 pounds, but I am trying to make myself into a more healthy, energetic, aware person.  I hope you will join me as I strive to increase fitness, and I hope that you will share your own story too.
