For me, week 2 felt much easier than week 1. I think it was the difference between 8 run intervals and 6, even if the intervals themselves were longer. 30 seconds makes a surprisingly big difference.
Day 1: Less run intervals, woo hoo! I can do this!
Day 2: Ugh, bad cramps on my right side. I tried to stretch my arms up and to the left during the walks, that seemed to help.
Day 3: It’s cold! Funny how much you warm up once you get going though. Feeling much better than on Wednesday though and before I know it, Week 2 is in the bag!
Anyone else out there running through C25K? How did you make out?
