Wow, we are a third of the way though this C25k journey. Incredible! This week is the first time that I actually felt like a runner. The intervals were set up as:
90 seconds of running/90 seconds of walking
3 minutes of running/3 minutes of walking
and was repeated twice. Here’s how it went for me:
Day 1: When can I walk, when can I walk, when can I walk, when can I walk?
Day 2: My side hurts. But I’m still running.
Day 3: Hey, this isn’t so bad! Wow, time to walk already?
I’m definitely feeling a progression. I need to get better at controlling my breathing but I am actively thinking about it during the runs so hopefully that will come.
